SHELL + DRY-IN: Define the structural frame, purlins, girts, roof and wall panels, trim, openings and included doors/windows in one written enclosure scope. ERECTION ONLY: Already purchased a building? Send the manufacturer's drawings, material list, delivery status and site-access photos for an installation quote. FRAMING + INSULATION OPTIONS: Metal-stud walls, interior partitions and spray foam can be added as agreed items. Better Built Barndos is our dedicated barndominium shell and dry-in offering. We can review new buildings and additions against the available plans and engineering. A building advertised at the same size may use different framing, panel specifications, loads and included accessories. WHAT AFFECTS THE PRICE? Location, engineering requirements, building dimensions, roof pitch, eave height, panel specifications, doors and windows, insulation, delivery, access, lifting equipment and the installation scope. Compare the written materials and labor inclusions before comparing totals. Foundations, mechanical trades and finished interiors are outside our standard scope. OUR PROCESS 1. Send your town/ZIP, intended use, building size and plans or sketch. 2. We clarify the package, openings, access, site readiness and installation requirements. 3. You receive a written proposal defining the included materials, labor, equipment and options. 4. Before erection, coordinate approved drawings, permits, foundation/anchor readiness, delivery and the construction schedule. Supplier lead times, approvals, weather and site conditions affect timing.
