Based in Sylvester, Georgia, we focus on South Georgia and North Florida, with travel for suitable projects across GA, FL, AL, TN and SC. BUILDING PACKAGES + INSTALLATION Quote the building supply and erection together, or send your customer-supplied package for an erection-only proposal. We review the plans, specifications, openings, delivery information, site access and installation requirements to define the work. COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS Warehouses, contractor shops, equipment and fleet buildings, agricultural facilities, mini-storage, hangars, sports facilities and medical support buildings can be quoted to their intended use and approved plans. Each project's engineering and specifications control the scope. RELATED STEEL & ENCLOSURE WORK Structural steel fabrication and erection, canopies, mezzanines, metal roofing and siding, framed openings, metal-stud partitions and spray foam can be quoted as defined scopes. Existing metal-roof retrofit and restoration options are reviewed against roof condition, project requirements and engineering. These services belong within your written proposal rather than being assumed with every building. Rodney Finley Construction is finishing up his 2nd metal building project with Restylers and myself as General Contractor. One of the best contractors I have worked with in my 50 year career.
