Erection of a customer-supplied package: send the manufacturer's drawings, material list, delivery schedule and any missing components. We define the erection work and equipment needs against your actual package. Better Built Barndos: red-iron barndominium shells and dry-in, with metal-stud framing and spray foam options. Our proposal identifies the roofing, siding, openings, trim and framing included. Foundations, mechanical trades and finished interiors are outside our standard scope. Additional scopes: structural steel fabrication and erection, metal-stud walls and partitions, metal roofing and roof retrofits, and open- or closed-cell spray foam may be quoted separately.
