What information do you need to quote a metal building?

Send the project location, overall building dimensions, intended use, desired scope and any available plans or specifications. For spray foam, include the square footage, substrate, requested thickness and whether the work is on the roof, walls or both. Photos and target schedule also help us price accurately.

Do you furnish materials or offer erection-only metal building work?

Yes. Finley Construction can quote building packages, erection-only scopes, structural framing, roofing and siding, complete shells, dry-in construction and selected project phases. We work with owners, general contractors and developers to match the scope to the project.

What areas does Finley Construction serve?

We are based in South Georgia and pursue qualified commercial, residential and agricultural projects throughout Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee and South Carolina. Travel and mobilization are evaluated based on project size, scope and schedule.

Do you spray open-cell foam directly to exterior metal panels?

For direct-to-metal applications, Finley Construction generally recommends closed-cell spray foam because it provides stronger moisture control, added rigidity and higher thermal performance per inch. Open-cell or hybrid systems may be quoted when the building assembly, vapor-control strategy and project specifications support them.

Do you handle complete interiors and mechanical trades?

Our primary scope is the metal-building package, structural framing, erection, roofing and siding, shell construction and dry-in work. We do not self-perform mechanical trades. When appropriate, we can coordinate our work with the owner, general contractor or selected trade partners so responsibilities remain clear.
